मिट्टी इसी बायोमास के रूपांतर से बनी है।
बायोमास कुछ भी हो सकता है। आप कोई भी जैविक पदार्थ मिट्टी को देंगे, अगर वो जड़ से है तो जब तक उसका जीवनकाल है, हरियाली और फल देगी। और अपनी जीवन चक्र के बाद मिट्टी बन जाएगी।
अगर आप रेगिस्तान के रेत के ऊपर भी बायोमास डालोगे और सिंचित करोगे तो उसके ऊपर की सतह एक बहुत ही उर्वरक मिट्टी में बदल जाएगी।
कुछ भी मिले, मिट्टी निष्पक्षता से, बिना preference के हर बायोमास को मिट्टी।बना देती है।
एक उदाहरण-
आपके पास कच्चे चावल के दाने हैं जो अब काम नहीं आएंगे। तो आपने उसे मिट्टी में डाल दिया। कुछ चिड़ियों ने खा कर बीट कर कर मिट्टी में मिला दिया और बाकी मिट्टी ने मिट्टी बना दिया।
आपने अपने खाने से बचा बिरयानी भी ऐसे ही डाल दिया। तो उसको भी चिड़ियों ने और बाकी मिट्टी ने मिट्टी बना दिया।
सिर्फ इंसान ही ऐसा प्राणी है जिसे प्रकृति के मिले फल-कंद को process (cooking) कर के खानी पड़ती है। और किसी भी जीव को ऐसा करने की जरूरत नहीं।
उपोरक्त उदहारण से ये बताने की कोशिश की गई है कि मिट्टी को आपके मेहनत की हुई बिरयानी-पुलाव-हलवा से कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता। उसके लिए सभी बायोमास है। ये हम इंसान हैं कि फिज़ूल की हरकतों से अपने आपको व्यस्त रखने के नशे में जीते हैं। इससे ना सिर्फ अपने समय, ऊर्जा, पैसे और संपत्ति को बर्बाद करते हैं, बल्कि प्रकृति के अमृत का भी अपनी करनी से नाश करके अपने सेहत को बर्बाद करते हैं। और फिर सारी जिंदगी डॉक्टर और बैद्य करते हैं।
जंगली खेती में आप प्रकृति की महानता, भव्यता पर आश्रित होते हैं , ना कि प्रकृति आप पर।
जंगली खेती करने वाले और जैविक खेती करने वालों में यही अंतर है।
और जैविक खेती में हम प्रकृति के माता-पिता, पालनहार बन जाते हैं। उसे उसी mindset से पालने की कोशिश में लगे रहते हैं।
